MS. SUCHI is an experienced International Pre School Principal/Manager who picked up Laughter exercises from many coaches around the world. She then designed ‘Laughter Therapy' which is being used  in many places such as hospitals and Senior Activity Centres. She provides individual and group therapy in educational and home settings.A former Manager / Trainer is now engages in building social awareness about Holistic approach for recovery. Be it Depression, Anxiety caused by physical or emotional pain, Death in the family and the harm the unhappiness brings to people, families and communities. Her aim is to encourage people to seek help early and get on the path to recovery. Her works has been featured in local press, TV and Radio and has been an invited speaker at various community clubs and educational  Institutions.  She has also been awarded by MINDS and various community clubs  in recognition of her social work.

Dr. Rajeev R Shah is a competent and experienced medical microbiologist and hold his Master Degree in Medical Microbiology from SSG Hospital, Medical College, Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara, Gujarat, India. Whereas He had been awarded his doctorate from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat, Gujarat, India. His whole unrevised PhD thesis had been uploaded by Shodganga, a well-known search engine on website. He had worked in many medical colleges all over India at various higher positions like Principal of paramedical Courses, officiating dean for counseling in medical super specialties courses seats and many times undergraduate seats in MP, head of department, professor, associate professor etc. He had been nominated as a member of editorial board in fifteen international journals. He had published about seventeen research papers. He had been invited and nominated as Conference Committee Member as well as keynote speaker in many international conference of immunology and microbiology. He had delivered his speech as a keynote speaker in many international conferences and invited as keynote speaker in many international conferences from all over the world. He wrote two editorial articles, among which one in journal of Acta Microbiology, and was awarded as a best editorial article another in pharmaceutical sciences of international journal. Recently he is working as a Professor & Head in microbiology department of Pacific Medical College & Hospital, Udaipur, Rajeshthan, Udaipur.

Dr. Barkat Ali Khan: Was born on 20 September 1982 in, Bannu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. He completed his B. Pharm. in 2005 from Gomal University D.I Khan, M. Phil. And PhD (Pharmaceutics) in 2010 and 2013 respectively from the Islamia University of Bahawalpur under the supervision of renowned professor Dr. Navid Akhtar. He is serving as a Lecturer in the department of Pharmaceutics at faculty of Pharmacy, Gomal University D.I Khan, Pakistan, since January 2012. He also served the school of pharmacy, Kampala international university Uganda; east Africa for one year. He has more than 100 publications in national and international journals.

His research interest is in the area of cosmetics, skin preparations, novel drug delivery systems such as nanoparticles, microparticles and liposomes and their design, preparation optimization and evaluation. He is the chief editor of journal of pharmaceutical and cosmetics sciences. He is serving as Editorial Board Member and reviewer for many reputed journals. He received scholarship for his master and PhD studies from the higher education commission (HEC) of Pakistan. He was granted travel expenses to present his research papers at Thailand and Turkey,Sweden, Finland, China by HEC.

Dr. Sunit was trained as Developmental/Cardiovascular Biologists in Leuven, Belgium where he received his PhD. He worked in industry (Mermaid Pharmaceuticals, Hamburg Germany) for three years where he was involved in target identification using model system. He has spent time at Max Planck Institute where he was involved in the CNS development related project. After coming back to India in 2007, he joined Avesthagen where he headed the biosimilar group. He was responsible for development of biologics including recombinant protein and monoclonal antibodies using mammalian expression system. He is associated with Zumutor Biologics since its inception and currently works as Director of Product Development team.

Zumutor is heavily invested to develop novel monoclonal antibody drugs in the Immune-Oncology segment that is driven by patient requirement for more effective drugs with reduced side effects. Antibody Fab region imparts recognition of target tumor antigens and the Fc region directs patients’ immune system to kill the tumor cells. We have also developed platform technologies to improve functionalities of both Fab and Fc regions through innovative approaches and creating new molecules with synergistic effects.

Dr. Rahul R. Panchal is an innovator, entrepreneurial, and savvy business professional with a strong background and experience in the area of medical device development including but not limited to disposable, implantable, surgical, drug delivery devices.he is the founder and president of Leonine Technologies Inc.

He is an inventor of “multivariate shrinkage sensor (MVSS)” technology and currently pursuing the commercial development of MVSS technology under National Science Foundation (NSF)’s small business innovation research (SBIR) grant program.

Russell Elliott, Ph.D., has served as the Vice President of Drug Development since May 2016. Dr. Elliott has over 25 years of industry experience, previously holding positions as Head of Skincare Technology at Lonza Inc. from 2015 to 2016, Head of Product Development at Stiefel (a GSK Company) from 2011 to 2014, Head of the Center of Excellence for Liquids, Cream and Ointments at GSK (UK) from 2007 to 2011, and Principal Scientist at Procter & Gamble from 1992 to 2007. He has filed more than 60 patent applications in the area of skincare formulation. Dr. Elliott has a PhD and MA from The University of Oxford and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry

Rashid Mahmood has Master Degree in Analytical Chemistry and MS in Total Quality Management. He has over 15 years of experience of Pharmaceutical manufacturing & Quality Operations and has attended many international conferences as a keynote speaker. He has presented various talks in USA, Canada, UK and UAE on Cleaning Validation, cGMP Guidelines, Quality Risk Management, Role of Mass Spectrometry in Pharmaceuticals and on new Drug Delivery Systems. Currently he is working as a General Manager Technical Operations for Surge Lab.(Manufacturer of Microencapsulated APIs, Liquid & Dry Powder Parentral), a renowned export oriented organization of Pakistan

Rashid Mahmood studied Analytical Chemistry and has completed his MS in Total Quality Management from Punjab University Lahore-Pakistan. He joined Surge Laboratories Private Limited in 2004 and immediately excelled in his executive career track. He is working as GM Technical Operations in one of the leading pharmaceutical company in Pakistan. His research interests include New Drug Delivery Systems, Quality Risk Management, Cleaning Validation, Microencapsulation, Pharmaceutics & Novel Drug Delivery Systems, Polymer Chemistry, Pharmaceutical cGMP & Hot Melt Extrusion
